Easy to locate, the cozy Homestay is at the prime location in Guwahati, just about 4.5 kms from the railway station & 28 kms from airport. There are cafes, pubs within 5 mins walking distance. Owners of the Homestay stay in another apartment of the same building. There're 24 hrs running water & electricity. Living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 balconies & geyser are shared. There're 2 bathrooms. There is also complimentary breakfast for guests.

The space

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom comes with AC, attached bathroom and balcony mainly designed for 2 guests. The other 2 bedrooms are Non-AC and has 1 shared bathroom for up to 4 guests only.

The master bedroom has AC, a king size bed, chair, table, wardrobe, ceiling fan, 2 windows and a private balcony overlooking the beautiful city of Guwahati as well as, an attached bathroom fitted with geyser, western toilet, shower, basin and essentials.

Each of the 2nd and the 3rd bedrooms, next to the master bedroom, has 2 single beds, chairs, tables, wardrobes, ceiling fans and single windows. The shared bathroom is just outside the rooms and fitted with geyser, western toilet, shower, basin and essentials.

There is AC installed in the master bedroom only.

There is a living room with balcony and TV, sitting area, dining area and a kitchen with all amenities including refrigerator, electric kettle, electric stove, dishes, bowls, spoons and other essentials for the guests.

The apartment is in the 5th floor of Doric Enclave with a lift.

Guests can use the kitchen, living room, TV with satellite channels and balcony with a view of the Guwahati city.

The breakfast tray with bread, jam, butter, egg and milk will be kept in a tray which will be shown to you by the caretaker or the host. Please use the food in the tray provided to you. Please don't touch other guests' trays or extra food kept in the refrigerator or kitchen.
Please clean your own utensils and dishes.
Cooking lunch or dinner is not available at present. But you can order food from outside. There are many restaurants nearby.
Couples are allowed but have to be above 25 yrs and both have to provide govt. issued ID cards.
You can use the lift but don't forget to close it properly after use.
The geyser switch is for both the bathrooms. Please turn it of after use.
