Less than 2 kms from the railway station, the Everything Outdoor Northeast (EONE) Homestay is at a quiet residential neighborhood. If you want to experience Assamese culture, just spend few days with a very loving Assamese family. The Homestay provides complimentary breakfast. An ideal place for solo female/male travelers, small group of women, adventure backpackers, bikers.

There are many restaurants, pubs, markets which are at a walking distance from the Homestay. The place is accessible by Uber, Ola, public transports.

THE SPACE

We don't give our guesthouse to guests below 21 years.

THE LOCATION

Situated centrally the Homestay is located in a residential area far away from noise, though the railway station is just 1.2kms away and have all the shops around for any requirements. Restaurants and good place to have a welcome drink is around.

Also, don't book it if you're looking for a hotel like atmosphere. This will be your home away from home, not a hotel room.

To order a cab or food, do take help of the hosts or the caretaker.

YOUR ROOM

We have 2 private rooms in the same building and floor. For single or 2 guests, we may provide ROOM NO.1 in the house. Both the rooms have attached bathrooms and small kitchen areas. If you're a group of 3 to 5 guests, please write to us.

A group consist of more than 3 guests will be provided with ROOM NO.2 in the house.

Presently, the rooms do not have Air Conditioning (AC)

The guesthouse is sunny & family friendly. Rooms are spacious and done up in traditional wood decor.

Each bedroom has 2 wrought iron beds. Every bedroom has a cupboard, a dresser, dining/working table, and other essentials like, electric kettle, multiple plug points, water filter etc.

This is one of the cleanest guesthouses in Guwahati and we are looking for travelers to have a quiet time before they embark on their journey.

THE HOUSE

You'll always hear the chirping of birds, the cats purr and the dogs telling you Hello! (Asta, Zia and Annie)

TAKING HELP

Our check in time is between 12 PM and 8PM. If you happened to reach early or late evening, please message/call us before booking.

Our check out time is 11 AM. But if your flight is late or if you want to check out bit late, please message your request before booking. If there are no guests on the day of your check-out you can avail after 12 PM, we might accommodate your request. Sometimes, even if you have to check out from the room, you may use the living room. But please message us before booking to know about the situations.

There's geyser installed in the bathrooms. There's power back up in both the rooms.

Do talk with us for any help during your stay - like using the electronic devices and utensils in the kitchen, visiting the off-beat places in an around including the hill top or for preparing your own breakfast or food etc.

KITCHEN

Our kitchen is equipped with most of the essentials like -

1. Electric kettle,
2. Water Filter
3. Induction cooktop,
7. Induction cookware (pan, kadhai, fry pan, tawa etc.)
8. Plates, bowls, spoons, forks, knives, scissors etc.
9. Wash basin with washing materials.

NOTE

For using the kitchen and kitchen amenities for cooking, and extra utensils Rs 100 will be charged for every meal. Guests have to get their own food items.

Please keep the room and kitchen clean after you've prepared your food.

Interaction with guests

Guests can always interact with the owners and other members of the guest house. And take help regarding exploring the North East India and other information.

Other things to note

✔️ An apt place for travelers or work trip. Pet friendly home. Small breed pets preferable. Leash, food can be provided at an additional cost of 200/-.
✔️ The guesthouse doesn't have room service.
✔️ It's a Non-AC house, but with 24 hrs power backup.
✔️ The homestay is in the first floor and guests have to climb stairs.
✔️ Both the bathrooms have geyser installed.
