Located at a hill top near Rupa in Arunachal Pradesh, Chillipam Gompa is considered one of the most beautiful monasteries in the world. Also known as Sang-ngag Choekhor Dargyeling Monastery, the monastery enjoys a spectacular location, overlooking the mountains, and offers a bird's-eye view of Rupa. Here's a small travel video by the Team OK North East of the Buddhist Monastery.

OK North East offers heartfelt thanks to filmmaker Dorjee K Thongun for his immense help by giving important information about the monastery and different societies as well as culture of Arunachal Pradesh. OK! North East would also like to thank the people of Sherdukpen community who have been integral part of Arunachal Pradesh and the Buddhist religion of the region.
