The Setting

Shergaon rests in a peaceful Himalayan valley known for its living traditions, welcoming people and deep connection to land. Wooden homes, prayer flags, farms and grazing fields form the backdrop of daily life. Birds call through the morning mist, and nights arrive with remarkable silence.

Being here naturally supports the work of turning inward.

InTune Mindful Wellness Retreat is not a getaway in the usual sense. It is time carved out to breathe better, feel more clearly and rediscover balance.


Food

All meals during the retreat will be vegetarian, with a focus on fresh, simple and nourishing food, including local flavours.

The daily meal schedule includes:

• Bed tea in the morning

• Breakfast

• Tea and biscuits at 11 AM

• Lunch with local cuisines

• Evening hi-tea with snacks

• Dinner with light and healthy food

Meals are prepared to be wholesome, balanced and suitable for a calm retreat environment.


Stay

You can choose between our traditionally decorated cottages or premium spacious tents, both designed to offer a comfortable and peaceful stay amidst nature. All accommodations come with essential facilities and are thoughtfully arranged to blend with the serene surroundings of Shergaon.


Teachers & Facilitators

The retreat will be guided by experienced practitioners in yoga, meditation, and sound healing, along with birding and forest experts who are deeply familiar with the natural landscapes of Shergaon. Their sessions are designed to be gentle, engaging, and accessible, helping participants connect with mindfulness, nature, and the surrounding Himalayan environment.
